As a service-based company the MOH does not offer refunds on completed work or active retainer periods.
If work has not started you are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
If work is in progress we will provide a pro-rata refund based on work completed up to that point.
If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables we will redo the work at no additional cost or provide a partial refund.
Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel. No refund will be issued for the current active month.
